With over 15 years’ experience, she advises employers, from growing businesses to established organisations on managing workforce issues and navigating complex legal requirements. Her expertise spans employment contracts and policies, workplace disputes, day-to-day HR matters, sponsor licence applications and compliance, and the full range of business visa and worker routes.
She leads the firm’s employment and immigration practice, overseeing client strategy and ensuring the delivery of clear, commercially focused advice.

She also sits on the committee of the Asian Business Association, is a trustee of the Institute of Hospitality, and contributes to the Better Hiring Institute.

Ghisina acquired a law degree at Westminster University in 2021 and is has completed her LPC. She aspires to be a solicitor.
Having studied employment law throughout her legal studies and undertaking legal work experience she is well equipped to support our lawyers and clients in both immigration and employment law.

Kaili is a solicitor at the firm, advising on UK immigration law and other UK in-bound immigration related matters for personal and private clients. Kaili has experience in personal immigration and business immigration. She qualified as a solicitor in 2020 and since then has specialised in UK immigration law. She assists with advising both individual clients and organisations on a range of UK immigration matters.
She has significant experience in family and private life matters such as: nationality and British citizenship applications under a variety of routes; family visas and visitor visas.
Kaili’s work in business immigration includes applications under the skilled Worker, PBS Dependant routes and innovator visas. She is also experienced with assisting on Sponsor Licence applications and renewals and providing advice on Right to Work checks, sponsor compliance and general business immigration guidance.
